When I started my contributions in Malayalam Wiktionary on August 15, 2010, the number of articles were:60,018. The total number of edits were 316,050.

I contribute more regularly in Tamil Wikipedia and Tamil Wiktionary. My user page can be seen at Selva at Tamil Wikipedia. I have almost no knowledge of Malayalam, but because it is close to Tamil and because I can read and compose Malayalam with the active help of the tools that are available, I dare to be here :) The first word I added was അച്ച to the entry word "father" in English. I am familiar with Wikipedia and Wiktionary and so I should not mess up anything seriously here. However, please keep a watch on me until I gain more experience. When in doubt I will be asking the help of more experienced Malayalam wiktionarians, for sure. Please forgive me if I write my comments in English (as my knowledge of Malayalam is next to nothing; but will be learning actively). I plan to check out Tamil words and learn new Malayalam words.
