Suggest to remove GFDL

Hello! Sorry to write in English. As explained in the cartoon GFDL is not a good license for media files.

I therefore suggest to remove it from the list. It will not change existing files. It only have effect if someone upload new files.

I know new files are not likely to be uploaded but as a part of a discussion on Commons I try to remove as many wikis as possible from this list so I hope you will remove it anyway.

Also latest version of Creative Commons is 4.0 in case you would like to update.

To fix just remove:
